I remember me and my sister rushing home each day to watch Dark Shadows. I couldn't wait to see Barnabas.

45 years later.....
Director Tim Burton will begin shooting this adaptation of “Dark Shadows,” the sixties soap opera with vampire protagonist, Barnabas Collins. Johnny Depp will play Collins, and filming will begin late 2010. It should be released in 2011.
